Annex No. 2 to the Terms of use — informative translation

Price List of the SureDocs Redact Service — Annex No. 2 to the Terms of Use

The current binding Price List is always available at /legal/cennik.html. Changes to the Price List and their effective date are governed by Art. 6.4–6.6 of the Terms of Use (a new price applies only from the next billing period; the currently prepaid period is not affected by the change).

All prices are EXCLUDING VAT; VAT is added at the currently applicable standard rate in the Slovak Republic (23 % in 2026); a customer from another EU Member State with a valid VAT ID is invoiced without VAT (reverse charge) — see Art. 6.3a of the Terms of Use.

1. One-off set-up fee on the first order

Charged once with the first order (not when the account is registered; the Trial version is free of this fee); the same amount for all account types.

2. Organisation flat fee and approver fee

These two payments are separate and of a different nature — they do not serve the same purpose:

The organisation flat fee is converted in full into usable credit for document processing in the given billing period (the credit period is always 30 days, regardless of the billing period chosen below). The main administrator may increase the monthly credit budget above this amount at any time — at least €19.00, with no upper limit.

The approver fee is purely a fee for another person's access to the application (approving/editing the anonymisation of documents) — it does not increase the organisation's credit budget or otherwise entitle it to the processing of further pages. The number of approvers is not limited.

The SureDocs Print driver (printing from any application straight into SureDocs) is part of every user's access. It needs no separate order and carries no fee; processed pages are charged under point 3. A user can be signed in to the Print driver on one device at a time; signing in on another device ends the previous session. The sign-in is time-limited and renews with use.

3. Per-page processing rate

Charged according to the AI backend ACTUALLY used when processing the given page of a document — the application performs the same work (field recognition, rendering, stamp, audit record) regardless of the chosen backend; the price reflects only the cost of the AI call itself.

Changing the analysis method on the same document: if you change the analysis method after an analysis and the same document is analysed again, only the difference between the rate already paid and the rate of the new method is charged. With the same or a cheaper method nothing further is charged.

Deducted continuously from the monthly credit budget (point 2). Unused monthly credit is not carried over to the next period.

4. One-off credit top-up

If the monthly credit is used up before the end of the billing period, it can be topped up once by any amount without permanently increasing the monthly fee.

No interest is paid on the credit deposit.

Refund of an unused top-up (only when the use of the Service ends or after long-term inactivity, Art. 6.10–6.11 of the Terms of Use; monthly credit from the flat fee is not refunded):

5. Optional components

The setup fee is charged whenever the component is newly activated (in the same way for the base contract and for an amendment) — an already active component is not charged again. Batch processing cannot be ordered yet; price and availability will be added when the feature is launched. The SureDocs Print driver does not need API access (see point 2); API access is only needed for service keys and integrations.

6. Own AI instance — individual solution

Activation is always individual, after the physical installation and testing of the hardware at the customer by the application administrator. Ongoing use after activation is invoiced at the metered rate under point 3 (€0.05/page) plus a monthly maintenance fee for the dedicated server below (covering the cost of operating it regardless of the actual volume of pages processed).

7. Detection of business data (other than personal data) — individual application

Finding SENSITIVE BUSINESS data (e.g. pricing terms, trade secrets, internal contract numbers — not personal data of natural persons) instead of or in addition to standard GDPR anonymisation. This feature is not implemented yet and will not be part of the standard application as a switchable option — it will be a separate individual application, built to measure according to the specific requirements of the customer (the scope/type of business data detected differs from company to company). It is invoiced on the same principle as a customer's own API integration (implementation hours + a possible maintenance fee according to the agreed scope).

8. Termination and reactivation in case of non-payment

Governed by Art. 6.2a/6.12 of the Terms of Use — 7 days after the due date without payment lead to suspension of access, 30 days without reactivation to full closure of the account. Reactivation within 30 days only requires payment of the amount owed without any further fee; after full closure a new registration including the set-up fee on the first order under point 1 is required.
